Act Now before the manufacturer’s price hike

Big Changes are coming

Congress passed a law in 2020 to transition from the current refrigeration to one of two more environmentally friendly refrigerants.  As you can see, since 2020, prices have been going up.  January 2020 you could have purchased a basic furnace and a/c installed for around $5,000.  In 2024 that same unit increased around 60-65% making it over $8,000.   Now due to the cost of engineering and new design for the units those costs will increase 15-20% in one year making that new unit $9,500.00.   You can see there is going to be a great jump in just one year.  The industry will discontinue making the older units and transition to making and selling the newer units in 2025.

Given this information you have a couple of options:

  •  You can wait until your current unit breaks and replace it at that time.

  •  If your unit is older than 12-15 years you can look at the options to replace it now.

Currently there are clients saving up to $4000 on a system.
